My name is Dean Bittker.

I am a sophomore at MIT studying computer science and molecular biology, and I am interested in machine learning for protein engineering.

Right now, I am working on the supervised side of ProteinGym2 in the Marks Lab at Harvard Medical School.

Outside of academics, I row on MIT's varsity lightweight crew team, play chess, and collect vintage watches.
